It's nice to see that with a little photoshopping and a really fit naked guy in the background that Madonna's still got it.
But then again, my mind keeps coming back to slightly-attractive-very-loose-but-a-bit-too-old maths teacher preying on just-another-thing-to-boast-about-in-the-locker-room high school jock.
Madonna wasn't well that day, so Lindsay Lohan jumped in.
