Maybe, perhaps.. It's not even English. But some pathetic derivative that people have developed over the past few years and somehow incorporated into their daily internet lives. I regret stumbling upon this immensely. Whoever started Lolspeak.. Shame on you. I fucking HATE you for making me want to vomit in my mouth every time I check up on Fail Blog (full of laughs unfortunately) or other guilty pleasures of the language impaired.
