I thought you could do (nearly) no wrong ++ sequins ++ tea

This is my Fleur De Geisha cherry blossom tea from Noumea. It is AWESOME. I freakin LOVE when my friends go overseas.

Ahem. Alex and I went out for coffee and chit chat and shopping etc etc today.. Went to Gloria Jeans and said our names were Willow & Annie.. Filled up on mocha's with extra trims so then went in to DJ's today to use the toilets (screw using any festy other ones when David Jones has reasonably clean ones.. Even though there was a pregnant lady in there peeing like a freakin horse.) ANYWAY we went and checked out all the Sass & Bide stuff, because we both adore Sass & Bide of course as if you wouldn't..

EWW EWW EWW EWW EWW. That is basically all I have to say. There were certain exceptions, because when using sequins you can't go all wrong..

HOWEVER. There are some things that should not EVER be touched again. Never attempted. They are DEAD. GONE. Buried and burnt along with my B*Witched singles and So Fresh summer '03 CD. I thought if anyone tried it (with little success hopefully) it would be ICE or Supré.. Guess Sass & Bide decided they needed to show those chains stores what for. This is NOT acceptable.

We actually decided we might like the fringing if it wasn't 2 sizes too big haha. ( or 2 sizes too small for me.. Skinny wench)

Excuse my foul gross arms, but WHAT THE HELL IS THIS SHIRT?! Seriously, if you live anywhere near the David Jones store in Newcastle CBD, go and try this thing on. The cut and shape and whatever!! Doesn't sit!! Doesn't fit!! Doesn't make me feel good.. ARGH I HATED IT. And those JEANS.

Also, there was this other ghastly, foul beast of a thing that I tried on.. Not going to post it coz I couldn't even get it off. But uhm.. It's got like, panels.. And holes in the stomach.. It's taken the whole bikey leather thing and put it in like, this cheap lycra-ish stretch fabric.

But they did inspire me to go and buy $10 of sequins from Lincraft *giggles*
